I started my journey in the healthcare field by managing a spa and wellness centre for several years here in Abbotsford.

After spending a few years at home having my babies, I returned to work and quickly transitioned into working at another multidisciplinary clinic where I realized my true passion of being a part of patients' journeys to a healthier and happier life and helping them on their road to recovery following various injuries.

I have a love for organization and all things list and spreadsheet related!

In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my husband and 2 young kids.

When I have time to myself, I am usually doing something crafty or baking all while consuming an unhealthy amount of coffee and/or chocolate.
